Does anyone know the cost of Trodelvy in US - without insurance?

I'm asking for a relative in Taiwan. Her doctor suggested it. It costs around $20,000 for a week of 3 doses in Taiwan. She is considering getting treatment in US if it's less expensive.

When Trodelvy was launching, the manufacturer announced the wholesale price as "single-use 180-mg vial at $2,012, which equates to $16,096 per 21-day cycle for a 70-kg person". https://www.bioworld.com/articles/434610-immunomed...

Trodelvy is given 2 weeks on & 1 week off so two doses per 21 day cycle.

Thank you both so much for the info. In addition to the cost of drug itself, what are other related expenses?

- office visits to an oncologist? Maybe $500 per visit? How many visits will she need for a 21 day cycle?

- facility charges for administering drug?

- anything else?

Sorry I have no clue. Trying to get a rough estimate of total cost for her.
