Invasive with Pagets

I am lost and don't even know what to think. I was diagnosis with DCIS grade 3 in 2016, went with the full mastectomy and now so got the call last week that I have invasive with Paget's disease. Meeting with MD Anderson Friday to go over the plan. What to expect? I'm lost and have questions. How? Why? I had a full hysterectomy as well could that be why I'm negative for PR and ER?

    I don't know anything about Paget's, and I hope someone knowledgeable will be along soon. But I wanted to let you know that you still produce estrogen after a hysterectomy. I had a total one in 2008, and my breast cancer in 2018 was very high ER+.

    Alice thank you for the reply. Pagets is where the disease starts in your nipple. Mine has spread from there to my tissue as well.
