Itching, large pores, soreness and pain

Surgery in Feb (lumpectomy) followed by radiation. I had an infection ruin after surgery. Breast now has itching, soreness, pain, and large pores. Had follow up mammo and they are doing an ultrasound because of a new place they saw. Don’t know if malignant at this time. It’s only been 6 months since treatment. Anyone else experience something like this

    I periodically have itching if I don’t moisturize my radiated breast regularly and am over a year out from radiation. I have large pores in some areas too.I also had pain and soreness for months after radiation. Turned out I had a seroma leftover from surgery and breast lymphedema from radiation. Physical therapy with drainage massage helps breast lymphedema and if you have a seroma it will need to be drained. They can find it on an ultrasound.
