My reconstructed breast is growing it's own boob? Oil Cyst?

Hello - One of my two reconstructed breast looks like it's growing it's own breast now! Dmx on 2019 but reconstruction and fat grafting took another 18 months. Last surgery was 13-½ months ago, could I just now be getting an oil cyst at the surface? It's firmly squishy and about and inch wide. My next checkup is in November.

I do have pebbles of necrotic fat, this is much different.

I just saw this and hope you got some replies off-list. I don't have any answers about that, but if I were in your shoes, I'd report that to my medical oncologist and have it looked at. Good luck!

Thanks saltmarsh - an ultrasound today confirmed a large oil cyst. Surprising to have so long after surgery.
