Concerned about two red spots on right breast

I have two red spots on my right breast that have lasted for around a month. They are a little itchy. Could this be IBC?

No one here can tell you what those red spots are as we are not medical professionals. If those spots have been there for a month, I suggest that you start with a dermatologist as it’s more likely to be a skin condition. IBC is fairly rare and generally progresses rapidly. Please see a derm as that may the simplest way to resolve this. Take care.
