Latissimus dorsi with implant and reg implant

Ok I need help. Is there anyone with a latissimus dorsi flap with implant on one side and regular reconstruction with implant on the other??? How do they match up. Or should I just get latissimus dorsi with the implants on both sides??
These are hard decisions.
