Hi,

I am 35 years old, In march 2020 I gave birth to my daughter, in May 2020 right I found a lump in my right breast since I was breastfeeding doctors mentioned it might be a clogged milk duct and told me to squeeze all milk and breastfeed more nothing helped to get the lump down.

In August 2020 -- I went to an in-person visit and the doctor did perform the test and told me she doesn't think it's serious something benign, but did schedule an ultrasound, after the ultrasound, I got this result BI-RADS 3: Probably Benign and size of the 2.1 x 2.0 x 1.6 cm solid hypoechoic mass with circumscribed margins and parallel orientation to the chest wall, as per Radiologist since I was breastfeeding I shouldn't be worried and told me to come back after 6 months that is on March 2021,

March 2021 - During this ultrasound I was still breastfeeding, in this appointment, they told me the lump has been decreased to 2.1 x 2.0 x 1.6 cm, since I was breastfeeding Radiologist mentioned they don't think anything was serious and told me to come back after 6months that is tomorrow Sept 2021.

But I am kind of paranoid and feeling a little worried, very rarely do I see pain if I touch that lump, sometimes I get worried and keep touching that lump and its starts paining, yesterday I saw little swelling on my upper part of the armpit if I touch that it pains as well.

Has anyone come across these symptoms should I be concerned? since Mass/lump is not going away?

ULTRASOUND RIGHT BREAST

** HISTORY **:

34 years old, diagnostic surveillance for probably benign mass in the right breast at 10:00, 8 cm from the nipple. Patient is currently breast feeding.

** TECHNIQUE **:

Targeted sonographic evaluation of the right breast performed by the sonographer and/or attending physician.

COMPARISON: Ultrasound 8/26/2020

** FINDINGS **:

In the right breast at approximately 10:00, 8 cm from the nipple, there is a 2.1 x 2.0 x 1.6 cm solid hypoechoic mass with circumscribed margins and parallel orientation to the chest wall. This mass previously measured 2.7 x 2.3 x 1.7 cm, decreased in size.

HI Jenni! I do not know about the data you provided other than BIRADs 3 is a good sign. I hope this next scan remains stable and they believe still benign. Please let us know when you hear something on the recent ultrasound... I wasn't sure if you got that done yesterday, today?
