    Snaps, you didn't provide us with much to go on, but it seems you're questioning placement of a pacemaker in light of your BC and surgery? Only your heart surgeon/electrophysiologist could probably answer, but most likely the placement will be the norm for your need and physical situation. You may want to write up a list of your questions for your next doctor's appointment. All the best.
