Comedian Norm Macdonald (he was on SNL) died of cancer this week. He was 61. He kept his diagnosis private. Apparently he was diagnosed ten years ago. What a badass. Respect.

    Watched that bit and ended up watching about 45min more of Norm. Comedic genius. Wiki says acute myeloid leukemia.

    Shetland Pony, thank you for posting this. I was sad to hear about Norm MacDonald. 61 is too young. Friday, I watched some youtubes of his guest appearances on Conan O'brien as well as his SNL out takes. I really enjoyed him back in the 1990's on SNL weekend update and of course, as Burt Reynolds. 10 years of cancer. Tons of respect for him and yes, Norm - you won!

    Sad news! Watching some of his appearances on Conan and other shows- I always enjoyed him on SNL but he’s even funnier unscripted.
