Pillow for recovery?

Several people have mentioned using a small pillow to aid in recovery when sitting or sleeping.

How big of a pillow should I get?

I never used any special pillow to aid when sitting. I used a small pillow, that I already owned, to place between my chest and seatbelt initially but not more than a few times. For sleeping I used a wedge pillow so that I was semi reclining and then stacks of pillows under each arm. It was a slightly reclined pillow thrown. Since you didn’t mention the type of surgery you’re having, it’s hard to say beyond that. Take care
