I’ve been on this combo since last September and had nausea, vomiting and diarrhea at the end of the first week. I tried the usual for nausea but nothing worked until the integrative medicine group at my cancer center prescribed Promethazine, which is an old antihistamine and treats motion sickness. It worked the first day and after a few weeks, I rarely had to take it, maybe once a month now. I took Imodium daily, then every other day for the next couple weeks, now nothing, I think my body adjusted. I have not had mouth sores, my dental habits are normal. I also haven’t had hand and foot issues but I do use lotion (CeraVe) nightly, just before bed. It’s probably a combination of prevention and luck. Fatigue is common but I never really had that, even with IV chemo, I also stay active. Good luck and hang in there, better balance with SE’s may take a time time.

Hi jen76, I'm starting Tukysa, xeloda and Kanjinti (a Herceptin biosimilar) in early December. I see you started a similar regimen in September . Have you had problems with side effects ?
