10yrs later...2nd Diagnosis triple negative

just found out today I have a new diagnosis, triple negative zero relationship to my 1st diagnosis almost 10 yrs ago of Stsge 2 estrogen positive. Very taken aback. Have lived thinking I'd have a reoccurance but never imagine a completely new diagnosis and triple negative. I have zero family history of breast cancer. I found my first cancer and thankfully this one. Tumor is only 6mm based on ultrasound and mammogram so Dr is hopeful. I see oncologist and meet surgeon next week and I imagine things will move quick after that. Definitely mastectomy and most likely chemo. What is everyone's experience with triple negative?

TNBC can respond very well to chemo. Lots of new options for treatment in last 2 years!
