Arimidex and Zoladex (goserelin) after Tamoxifen

Hi all. I am on tamoxifen for little over 2 years. I am getting so many side effects to a point I am done taking that medicine. I just went to have my 6 months check up and my doctor gave me another choice to go for Arimidex. She, however, warned me that I may get more side effects than I was on Tamoxifen. I am so nervous taking it. I am already having very hard time loosing weight on Tamoxifen and now this medicine is not good either. I am not sure if there are better medicine options for me at this point. I am supposed to be on hormone therapy for 3 more years and miserable. Any recommendation? I am in Canada if it helps.
