Post-Mastectomy Pains

Looking for advice on pain after skin sparing double mastectomy with tissue expanders.

Surgery was 7/28. Today is 7/30 and I have terrible pinching pain on the left upper /middle portion of my chest —especially when I stand up or sit down or walk.it is not constant. I presume it’s the spacers or the drains causing pain but I would love to hear from anyone who experienced this type of pain and if it’s normal.

I think that is normal, I had that a couple days after surgery. Kind of a pinching, pull sensation when I stood up straight. It eventually went away. Hope you are doing well.
