Pathology - Myoepithelial cells DCIS or IDC

I was originally diagnosed with IDC but going over my report from surgery in February, does this mean I had DCIS?

I was diagnosed locally then went to UCSF for lumpectomy w/ IORT.

The following immunohistochemical stains were performed on slide A14.
p63: Highlights myoepithelial cells around the glands, arguing against
invasive tumor
SMM: Highlights myoepithelial cells around the glands, arguing against
invasive tumor

Core Biopsy

P63 Negative in areas of invasive carcinoma

SMM Negative in areas of invasive carcinoma

E-Cadherin Positive in areas of invasive carcinoma

    Hmmmmm farmgirl..... I don't know.... Hopefully someone else comes along soon to help you out some. It's the weekend and it would help you I'm sure - if others believe this is a good final path vs. IDC.... Otherwise I hope you put in a portal message already to your doc for when they walk in Monday. I probably wouldn't be able to wait too long on Monday before I'd be calling.....
