PASH diagnosis now what

I was dx with PASH today. I’m confused as to what the treatment options will be. If anyone else has had this what happened when y’all was diagnosed and what options was avaible to you.

    Hi. Off the top of my head what I read about PASH was they either watch it for any changes, or it can be removed surgically. Were you referred to a breast doc/surgeon?

    a breast surgeon is the one that did my biopsy. He is the same one I’ll be talking to Wednesday. I have history of breast cancer too. I just wonder others who’ve had it got the option for mastectomy
