Vacation during treatments

Has anyone skipped a Taxol treatment to go on vacation? Taxol is weekly usually and I’m trying to plan a small vacation in the Fall. Wondering if anyone had skipped a treatment and it was ok. I will have already had like 8 or 9 by then.

    Check with your MO, s/he is the one to approve or not. But if it’s ok, and you feel like it, enjoy!!!

    I didn't skip for vacation, but after I started Taxol the chemo facility was closed due to a hard freeze in Houston. I missed that treatment and in fact it was nearly 2 weeks before I could get rescheduled. My MO didn't seem concerned.
