US results are scaring me

hypoechoic, nonparallel, spiculated, shadowing mass with no internal vascularity

B rads 4. Suspicious of malignancy. Clear nipple discharge noted during visit.

History of cystocarcoma (sp) phyloddes tumor removed by lumpectomy

thank you! I’m hoping for some kind of clarity. After the ultrasound all I got I really don’t like the look of this and a vacuum assisted biopsy is needed

Hi Momof2G! I really can't comment on the medical results you listed.... Hopefully others will come along who know more about those. I just want to welcome you and wish you well with the biopsy. Keep in mind all this waiting at the beginning is really hard so take good care during this time and keep yourself distracted as best you can.

That’s the hardest part! Once cancer has entered your life, it’s a countdown (at least for me) as to when this next lump is it’s return. I got blessed the first time when the doc said we removed the cancer and its margins so no treatment needed. I wish there was more explanation that was given to me than we really don’t like what we saw with your history. I’ve never seen they words described for a mass like that except my previous cancer. It’s hard not to worry.
