Covid vaccine and joint pain

Hello,

I have been taking Tamoxifen for 2 1/2 years now. Mild symptoms joint pain and an occasional hot flash. I have noticed since I received my 2nd Pfizer shot that the joint pain has been amplified, especially in the arm where the vaccine was administered. My armpit feels like there is something in it. It has been a week since my 2nd shot. I was checked by my oncologist prior to getting the vaccine and had to get it to keep my job. I called him and he is sending me to Pain Management.

Just curious if anyone else is having similar problems.

Hi, I think you should give it another week or so because the covid vaccine can enlarge your lymph nodes. Its your immune system reacting to the vaccine. There are some post on this topic if you do a search. Mine lasted about 2-weeks.
