BIRAD 4 Consistent with but not specific for fibroadenoma?

Biopsy appointment next week, but received the radiology report today. I'm <25 years old with no history of breast lumps/cysts/ fibroadenomas etc. Lifetime BC risk assessment at 22.3% with extreme family history of BC. BIRADS: Category 4- possible fibroadenoma versus other solid lesion. Noticed a lump 1 month ago, which was sphere. It doesn't feel like its changed in size but rather encroached on areas around(felt denser) in that time.

Ultrasound: Heterogeneous background echotexture, hypoechoic solid irregularly shaped lesion 1.4 X 0.8 X 1.2 cm. Enhanced through transmission and margins incompletely defined. "Consistent with but not specific to fibroadenoma" Also found on the ultrasound was a second smaller mass (one I cannot feel) branched out from the original mass.

Mammogram: Noted extremely dense breast tissue parenchyma, which inhibited sensitivity of mammography. Nodular densities whose margins partially obscured by adjacent dense parenchyma.

I guess I'm just wondering how common it is for a fibroadenoma to be described this way (irregular shape and margins), for them to form a second fibroadenoma, and if the bioposy proved benign. I know its pretty specific but anything helps!
