Clinical trial with advance triple negative breast cancer

Hello lhad Hormon positive breast cancer 9 years ago .now ldiagnosed mbc that spread to my s1 L3. T12 but with patholog Ttipple negative is it possible ? And what is the best treatment in this situation ? thank

    yes , change of markers is actually not that uncommon, with a loss of markers being more common than a gain of markers.

    with bone mets, radiation to the area, either standard or SBRT may be offered

    You will also need to start a bone strengthening medication, either a bisphosphonate such as Zometa/zoledronic acid or a monoclonal antibody such Xgeva/denosumab.
