Ibrance side effecs

I'm on my third cycle of Ibrance, and today I had a sudden bout of being really light-headed and having abdominal cramps (I'm post menopausal). I'd love some comments about others' experience with Ibrance and side effects. Until now, the side effect have bee minimal (fatigue and neuropathy in my feet. Thanks.
