Low Cost Remote Second Opinion at Major Cancer Center?

Hi,

Does anyone know of major cancer centers who will do remote second opinions for a reasonable price and/or a sliding scale if it's not covered by insurance?

An acquaintance lives in a remote rural area (not near the major cities with the cancer centers) and has received not the best care or communication for her ER+ PR+ Stage 2B or 3 cancer. There were a series of missteps during treatment including ending treatment early.

She wants to understand her current risk level and then ensure she is taking the appropriate the steps to mitigate it.

Thank you.

Dana-Farber in Boston. Most insurances cover second opinions. In case she doesn't have insurance, I think DF offers financial help.

I did a 2nd opinion via telehealth with Dr. Dianne Radford at Cleveland Clinic-Hillcrest Hospital. I ended up going with her and the team she assembled. She is awesome!!! My oncologist is Dr. Eberechi Agwa and she is really special! Dr. Agwa is with Cleveland Clinic as well though a different hospital just 10 minutes or so from Hillcrest.... I've done telehealth with her too, even since my surgery.... Both excellent women docs!!! Just so thankful to both of them!!! They are both associated with a nationally certified breast care center. I think Dr. Radford may be the director? Don't be fooled by her also listed as a general surgeon....
