Secretary carcinoma triple negative

Hello all!

I have spent the whole last year obsessing and stressing about my mom's diagnosis. And yesterday I was hit with news that my best friend got triple negative BC.

As stated in the topic, it's a rare type secretory carcinoma. I read that this type of triple negative has a more favorable prognosis, but wanted to see if anyone on here is familiar with this type of cancer.

Curious how it reacts to chemo and what is the best chemo protocol for this one. Or is it treated same way as all the rest triple negatives?

Probably autocorrect, but did you mean secretory carcinoma, triple negative? I just looked it up on Google and found that it is a rare, slow growing cancer with a favorable prognosis.

Unfortunately, that's all I know. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in.
