hi amybirnbaum1, I am not triple positive so I don't have an answer personally. There is an active triple positive group that you might get more answers from:

    Hi!

There are two common chemo regimens for triple positives:

    Taxotere + Carboplatin + Herceptin + Perjeta

Adriamycin + Cytoxan, then Taxol + Herceptin + Perjeta

Also, if your lump is 1 cm. or smaller, you might get:

    Taxol + Herceptin + Perjeta

I did Adriamycin + Cytoxan, then Taxol + Herceptin + Perjeta. It worked really well for me, as it wiped out all of the active cancer in my breast and compromised lymph node. I ended up getting a lumpectomy rather than a mastectomy, which was great because I didn't have to do reconstruction. Yes, join us on the Triple Positive Thread! ((Hugs))
