Itchy rash around mastectomy scar

I have had an itchy rash around my mastectomy scar for weeks now. It looks and feels very tight.....but especially after I shower the redness is brighter. I put Aquaphor on it and by morning it isn't real red at all. But after I get moving around for the day it gets more irritating. Anyone else have this? I'm going to the dermatologist on Monday.
