Anyone ER+ PR- HER- ?

I'm on here with DCIS, my sister was diagnosed a month after me with ER+ PR- HER- IDC. It looks like the single hormone positive phenotype is not as straightforward as far as course of treatment (research shows that hormone therapy is not as effective, chemotherapy is sometimes beneficial, it's a more aggressive cancer than double hormone positive...)

What she knows right now is that there is a 12 mm spiculated mass with a 3mm smooth mass along its margin. Neither ultrasound nor MRI showed any node involvement. Pathology report says Grade 1. They will be ordering an oncotype test, but she probably won't have those results for a while.

If you had a similar diagnosis, what was your course of treatment?
