ca 25.27 fluctuations

hi, im sitting here nervously waiting for my dr to call me back so i thought id post about my worry. i dont think its actually a big deal, my TM is still in th enormal range but its been goign down steadily since my surgery and popped up from 30-38 this time (reference range upper limit 38.6). i cant find any info on normal fluctuations, any knowledge woudl be immensely helpful thanks!

You can have small fluctuations due to many factors that are not cancer - Inflammation, low grade infection, cigarette smoke, etc. Whe the numbers are within or even slightly above normal range, it is not concerning.

thank you, i feel stupid for being so alarmed lol i hope my DR says the same thing

it's normal to worry about all this stuff, you're not stupid at all! I'll bet money the doctor won't be concerned - they usually say it's no big deal until the numbers are in the three digits 😉 Small rises can also be due to dead cancer cells making their way out of the body - that's a pleasant way to look at it, right?
