Has anyone switched their entire case to a second opinion surgeon/hospital?

I've felt so rushed and unheard at the first one. They've even scheduled surgery without letting me advocate for myself on any options.

I met with 2nd opinion surgeon and love her, she listened, is going to try to save my nips and explained what all these tests I've had reveal. And showed me my images! The other place did none of this. She says I have time to delay surgery to get on her schedule.

Definitely go with the one you really like. My oncologist was a second opinion doc and I just loved him. It made such a difference because i never felt he didn't have time, was there and as a result, I didn't really have a lot of questions.

Yes, switch! Feeling comfortable, with your mo is crucial IMO. I switched shortly after my surgery and never looked back! Take care.

I got a few opinions and changed one of my surgeons. Go with what you are comfortable with.

yep changed the whole thing and very glad I did.

Went with my second opinion breast surgeon and was very happy with the switch. It did delay my surgery by about three weeks.
