Icing during Chemotherapy

Second treatment tomorrow. I am sorry I did not know about icing before my first treatment.

I am concerned about going to the bathroom. In my first treatmenrt I had to go twice.

Will these breaks negate the icing as I obviously will not be taking the ice packs with me to go.

I really hope to hear from someone before I go tomorrow.

If taking a brief break from the icing will negate it all, then I will not bother.

Thank you.

Hi Jilter, which chemo are you on & how long is your infusion? Not all chemo needs icing.

moth is right - we need more details.

Still - a quick trip to the loo (if anyone can be quick lugging an infusion pole) won't affect your icing.
