This is extremely disheartening and completely unacceptable. I’m not sure at the moment the best ways I can advocate for this to change - right now I share Black and brown BC people’s posts on social media and share articles such as this but I know that isn’t enough -

Not sure why this needed to be posted. As if this beast isn't bad enough. What we are going through feeling and then this. Just the caption alone is disheartening. It upset me as someone fighting again. Even though it's information needed we are struck harder in our community than most and just in general throughout life we don't need to be reminded.

This is really upsetting information. If black women are not responding well to chemo for TNBC, more research needs to be done. When I saw the headline, I’ll admit that my first thought had more to do with insurance (or lack thereof) and how it appears that those without insurance will delay doctor visits. I’d be very interested to see the same study in another country.
