Has COVID-19 affected where you get treatment?

Hi all,

We're looking for some insight on how the COVID-19 pandemic may have affected your treatment. Specifically, did you have to move or choose to relocate during the pandemic, and need to find a new set of doctors? Or, are you planning to relocate shortly and will need to find a new treatment team? If you could offer your story below, sharing the reasons you decided to relocate/move and what your experience was finding a new treatment team, we'd be grateful for your insight!
