One thing you should know is that immunotherapy often takes longer to start working (unlike chemo). My liver mets were not responding until after 12 weeks of atezolizumab treatment. It was a bit of a nailbiter time, wondering if we should just abandon it and try something else but in my case patience paid off.

Once the mets started responding they've continued responding for >12 months now. But I had small new tumors pop up in lung and bone which needed treatment with radiation.
