Normal ultrasound procedure???

Good evening all,

I am 49, 1 year post hysterectomy on HRT. I went for my screening mammo today (3D) and ultrasound. I have been on this course of screening since age 32. This year was my 1st 3D mammo on the recommendation of my breast center due to dense tissue and she sheer number of masses. All benign up to this point. Today however, several still pics were taken and measured of both sides axillary nodes. I have never had any measurements taken in my axilla before. When I mentioned that I had never had this done during ultrasound before, she said they do this on complete US now. Is this normal procedure, or should I be concerned?

That tells you pretty clearly that it's normal procedure.
