Who take pfizer vaccine?

Hi LillyIsHere, I am on tamoxifen and had noticed my hot flashes had increased at night since my 2nd Pfizer shot. I am about a month out and they seem to be getting better. With this medicine you never know. They come and go without any rhyme or reason as do most of my side effects. I have been sleeping better this past week, which is amazing! I was concerned about the side effects of the 2nd shot. As it turned out my arm wasn't as sore and I just felt tired for a day or two. I was told to increase my water intake and be prepared for a headache, but that didn't happen. I think I was relieved just to get it done and over with. Good luck!!

I take Exemestane and had both Pfizer shots. I have had no change in se’s related to my AI. I think it’s worth asking about but remember, correlation does not equal causation.

Still, I think the vaccine is way more protective than getting the virus. However, we really don't know the interference with our medications. Pharmacists don't even know the supplements that interfere with our meds that have been around longer than covid-19.

On Letrozole and had the Pfizer vaccine. Had a lot of achy muscles and fatigue after 2nd dose, but no hot flashes (am well past menopause). My oncologist didn't say "you must take the vaccine," but was very happy I did. I thought the vaccine was worth the risk over the risk of getting covid.
