Anyone know anything about Resolvin?

Hi all
I read an article about chemo and targeted therapy being a two edged sword
The cancer cell debris caused by therapy causes inflammation that can trigger new cancer cell growth!!! The body needs these Resolvins to help the system deal with the cell death debris.
Anyone got any input?
