TNBC Mets anyone else?

Its been about 2 months since the lung mets diagnosis and I am still struggling with this. I know I need to be hopeful but dam it’s so hard. Currently going thru abraxane and carboplatin but MO has already started telling me about Trodelvy. Anyone on that?
Looking for ways to stay positive but it’s so so so hard
