After Lumpectomy rash

i had a lumpectomy done on march 11th, 2021. Its a month after surgery and I've developed a bright red rashon my boob and it Looks like a bad sunburn. And my boob is warm to touch. And my nipple sunk in. Not flat but actually inward. The skin is very irritated feeling and a tad itchy. But the bright red swollen look is scaring me.

also ive not done any chemo or radiation yet. And it looks like a burn or sunburn..
