Rapid weight gain

I am trying to see if anyone else had experienced any rapid weight gain. I'm still in the waiting period between diagnosis & surgery so I'm not on any medication or treatment.

I quit smoking 2 months ago & had gained 10 lbs due to that. But in the past week I have gained 10 more lbs suddenly. I do experience breast swelling during PMS but it has never been this much or as wide spread. Everything from my breast down to my thighs is swollen.

Hi historygeek, I would give your PCP a call and get checked out. Have you gone through any pre-op testing for surgery?

Thanks for your response. I'll probably give PCP a call. It's most likely PMS related.

No, I haven't had any pre-op done. I meet the plastic surgeon Monday & back to the cancer surgeon.
