Higher compression

Hi Ladies--

My PT wrapped my arm this week and we got pretty good results. We're gonna keep it wrapped until the results are not noticeable both with measurements and visually. After that we were thinking of maybe upping my sleeve compression. I am currently in a Bella Lite.

Have any of you upped your compression? Did it make a difference for you? Thanks!

    I had to up my compression several years ago and have them custom made since my measurements are way off from of the shelf sleeves. My gauntlets are not custom but they are also higher compression. I also wear a Tribute night garment. Yes, it does help if you need it.
