edited March 2021 in DCIS (Ductal Carcinoma In Situ)

I just had a lumpectomy, with one lymph node, I'm trying to understand the pathology results and it's difficult. My oncology appt isn't until the 31st.

I see ER-, PR- and HER2 (by immunohistochemistry): Equivocal (Score 2+).

Does this mean I will need chemo and radiation. I believe they got it all and the lymph nodes not affected.

    Tcook62, since you have invasive cancer you may not get pertinent responses her since this is the DCIS forum. Why don’t you try asking in your other thread that has more of your information in it?
