Starting tamoxifen soon

Hi folks,
Had my bilateral mastectomy on Feb 10th. Doing well and awaiting word on whether I will need chemo or radiation, but both are unlikely.
Will definitely be starting Tamoxifen soon. Wondering what to expect.
