Are there any studies showing or research on spacing out Herceptin to less frequent than every 3 weeks? Thank you! I tried searching on PubMed and other sites but can't find anything specific to this.

This is a good question and I wish I or someone else knew the answer.

The answer probably lies in how long the body takes to clear a dose of Herceptin and what the maximum tolerable dose would be.
