Nonspecific symptoms

Has anyone been dx with stage 4 following up on very nonspecific sx like fatigue? I finished iron infusions for anemia (had bariatric surgery 2 years ago). Blood counts and iron are back to normal. Just trying to consider all potential issues.

Hi PatRN10: I am just following your post because I am curious to about your thread topic and I am wondering also about your iron infusions. I don't want to hijack your thread.

I just had a question for you...I have been having bad joint pain. Been tested for all the things they thought that could be caused by but no answers. My iron is a little on the low side, dr isn't sure if that is what could be causing my joint pain. I may get a iron infusion if the iron levels are low still in May. My iron stores are high but my body isn't absorbing the iron for some reason. And my ferritin is on the lower side. When you got iron infusions did it help you with any symptoms of health issues you had? Just curious if it might help my joint pain.
