low sodium levels after radiation therapy

I finished radiation therapy in Febuary 2020 and since then my blood tests have showen my sodium levels getting lower. I wondered if anyone else has this. I am also taking Anastrozole and have had two Zometa infusions.

    I have low potassium since radiation and now I take a daily supplement

    Adell - is the date correct - you finished rads in February 2020 - so a year ago? If so, you should definitely contact your doc. If you just finished this month, I'm sure you'll meet with your RO or MO soon.

    Thanks for replies MO know about it as does GP. Drinking less water and then will have another blood test see what happens. I have read a few articles which suggest it could be something to with radiation and the Thyroid which will be tested in next blood test.

    Just curious someone out there might know something. My sodium has been perfectly normal right up until the blood test after the radiation therapy finished and the 2 other tests during this year have been getting lower.

    All good otherwise so dont need another problem🌻
