Cold Capping alone during COVID

Hi all,

My friend was recently diagnosed and would like to use cold caps. She can rent a set of caps and bring the cooler to the hospital. Because of COVID, she would have to change the caps herself every 25 minutes during chemo. Is this easily done by a chemo patient without assistance? Has anyone else done chemo caps without help? If so, any tips to share?
