Thank you. Just a suggestion, but on sections 3 and 12 when you are referring to NED, I thought it might be helpful to also include NEAD (No Evidence of Active Disease).

Oooo, missed a perfect chance there after “genetic testing"! I expected the next entry to be “genomic testing". These two terms are often confused, so it is something I regularly explain here on BCO. (And some other members have done so as well.)

Good point, cowgal. I think we on BCO May have invented the term NEAD. I know I needed a way to describe tumors that showed on CT but were effectively"dead" on PET.

Another pair of terms that can be confused and so belong next to each other on the list is “palliative care” and “hospice”

I appreciate reading the 20 terms for MBC. Obviously this is evidence based but for "newbies" I wondered about alternative treatment for MBC. I recognize there is no catch all but to acknowledge (holistic, naturopathic treatment modalities).
