Exchange Surgery and Bras

Hi! I just had my exchange surgery on 1/15/21. I already feel so much better getting the tissue expanders out. I know I will have several weeks of the implants settling in. I was just curious what some of you felt most comfortable wearing....camisoles, sports bras, etc? How long did you wait to get fitted to your bra size? Any info would be helpful!

Amy - Congrats on your exchange. Attached is a link with lots of bra discussions. Also if you read the exchange thread, I think you'll see that you can still have interior swelling for 2-3 months from surgery. I wouldn't spend a lot of money on bras until then. If possible, make an appointment at Nordstroms with one of their trained breast cancer specialists to fit you. It seems a HUGE percentage women never wore a bra that was correctly fitted in the first place.
