    Very interesting. Thanks for the link. I don't have a ki67 number reported, and don't know anything about stromal TILs.

    I was treated with Adriamycin (anthracycline) and Cytoxan but no taxane, since I reacted to Taxotere twice. It's kind of startling to see what a big difference the added taxane would make, statistically. ugh...

    interesting.

    Is carboplarin plus taxol regimen inferior to AC+ taxol?

    Both of mom’s doctors said they are as good. Now I am worried she did not have AC

    AC is the standard regimen but .. "Non-anthracycline-based regimens are an appropriate alternative for patients with lower-risk TNBC (eg, node-negative, <1 cm, or those with cardiac risk factors) and those who prefer to avoid the risks associated with anthracyclines"
