Starting new meds soon

I was on Ibrance/Letrozole and had problems with both. My Onc is switching me to Faslodex/Versenio soon so I've been off everything for 2.5 weeks now. I have mets to the spine and my lower back has started to ache since I'm off all meds. I've been kind of worried. Is this normal? When I was on my off week on Ibrance the same thing used to happen.
